Refund Policy - SYNORVEXIS

1. Eligible Items

Refunds may be granted for the following purchases made directly through synorvexis.live:

Digital subscriptions (unused billing cycles)
Prepaid service packages not yet initiated
Duplicate or accidental payments
Services canceled within the approved timeframe

2. Refund Timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.

For subscription services, cancellation must occur before the next billing cycle begins. Once a billing cycle has started, it is considered active and non-refundable unless required by law.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

3. Refund Procedure

To request a refund:

Email our support team with your order number and purchase date.
Clearly state the reason for your refund request.
Provide any supporting documentation if applicable.
Await confirmation from our billing department.

Once reviewed, you will receive written confirmation regarding approval or denial.

4. Conditions for Approval

Refund eligibility depends on the following conditions:

• The service has not been fully delivered or completed.
• No significant usage or benefit has been derived from the product.
• The request complies with the stated timeframe.
• The purchase was made directly through SYNORVEXIS (not via third-party platforms).

SYNORVEXIS reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these criteria or where abuse of the policy is suspected.

Completed or fully delivered services
Customized or bespoke solutions
Downloadable digital materials once accessed
Promotional or discounted special offers (unless required by law)
Third‑party service fees or processing charges
